This shoe features medium cushioning that strikes a balance between comfort and ground feedback, while the 5 mm lug depth digs into soft or slippery surfaces for reliable grip. Its narrow last offers a secure fit around the midfoot, and at 262 g it stays light enough to keep your stride lively on longer runs.

The terms “stack height” and “lug depth” refer to how the shoe is built. Here, the midsole measures 32 mm under the heel and 22 mm under the forefoot, creating a 10 mm drop that promotes a natural forward lean and smooth transitions from heel to toe.
