The Elan Ace SLX is a race-oriented ski built for skiers who enjoy carving precise, short turns. Designed within the “Short turn” category, it’s aimed at men looking for a responsive ski that handles groomed slopes with confidence.

With a turn radius of 12.8 m at 164 cm length and a taillering of 121/68/104 mm, the Ace SLX delivers sharp edge-to-edge transitions and solid grip through each carve. The included Elan EMX 12.0 GW Fusion binding ensures reliable power transfer and consistent release performance, so you stay in control as speeds pick up.

The turn radius refers to the ski’s natural arc when fully edged—a smaller radius like 12.8 m makes quick, tight turns more manageable. The taillering figures indicate the ski’s width at the tip, waist and tail; a wider tip and tail add stability through the carve, while a narrower waist boosts agility in initiating turns.

The Elan SLX Fusion X delivers this much needed confidence with the use of Ace Arrow Technology. This technology combines a lifted Fusion X binding system to boost reactions in the tip of the ski, with two layers of titanal, upper shaped in arrow that loads extra energy to the edges and camber profile, and lower layer shaped in inversed arrow shape for a quickest and most responsive entry and stability at the end of turn. The R² FRAME Woodcore with two-layer titanal construction allows for direct power transmission, stability and edge control and RST Sidewalls for precision. The result is an agile short turn ski that will link your slalom turns perfectly the entire run, without losing energy.
